About this villa rental
MAX. 2 COUPLES AND 4 CHILDREN

210m2, well-appointed rooms, design details, noble materials. A perfect starting point for exploring our region.
The living room is really large, 100m2, and in addition to the comfortable seating and TV, there is a kitchen equipped with every useful appliance: from the dishwasher to the oven - both electric and microwave -, from the coffee pod machine to the kettle.
On the same level, a service bathroom with laundry.
The first floor houses a total of three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bed on the open-plan mezzanine.
The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower; one is double and the other has three single beds.
This is the largest of the 5 flats in the Villa.
WI FI
Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (so far this has happened rarely and only in bad weather). The non-functioning of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

The delivery of the identity documents of all guests present is compulsory, for reporting guests to the police headquarters.
- LINEN SANITATION AND FINAL CLEANING € 200 TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK IN
- THE FLAT MUST BE LEFT TIDY AT CHECK OUT
order required:
- crockery washed and placed in the spaces,
- dirty linen (sheets and towels) stored on the ground floor
- empty fridge and freezer
- the house must be free of rubbish, which must be taken to the appropriate containers outside
If, at check out, the final order requested is not respected, there will be an additional fee of € 50 to be paid in cash.
It is not possible to move beds from one room to another, this can damage doors and walls, the arrangement of the beds in the rooms is the original one found in the description

I only can say that everything was perfect. Rosy and Sarah are the best hosts you can wish for. They take care of everything. The house, the property and the beautiful landscape are amazing!!!!! It was the perfect family vacation and we will definitely recommend to our friends and come back next year!!!!!!

Heerlijke vakantie in een mooie vakantiewoning met een groot zwembad. Rustig in alle stilte op de berg. Goed contact met Rosie via Whatsapp voor en tijdens onze vakantie. Aanrader!

Het is een perfecte locatie met mooie uitzichten. Heerlijk zwembad, bbq enz. Minpuntje is het keukenmateriaal die beperkt is voor 7 volwassenen. Te weinig bestek, glazen en wijnglazen. We moesten na iedere maaltijd het afwasmachien aan steken.
Voor de rest zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig maar de 3de badkamer hebben we niet gevonden.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, ist sehr schön eingerichtet - es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer landwirtschaftlich geprägten Umgebung, in der Nähe gibt es einige hübsche Orte zu besichtigen. Der Naturpark von Conero ist schnell erreichbar.
