This 3-bedroom holiday home in Fano for a family or a group of 7 guests is a typical home of the Adriatic area. You have the peace and privacy of the green rolling hills of Le Marche, with the comforts of the nearby cities and your passion for the sea at 3 km. It has a fenced and furnished garden for relaxing and a table tennis table and a boules court for some adrenaline rush. Novilara village is also close by and you can catch a glimpse of the same from your garden. The cities of Pesaro and Fano are just a few km away where numerous events take place during summers. Enjoy an aperitif on the pier and a fish dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants in the area and then enjoy an evening with music at the beach. The property is fully-fenced with a beautiful park with pine trees, oak trees, patches of strawberries and century-old olive trees. Guests will have at their disposal brick built-in barbecue, sofas, table and chairs outside. Fano Airport is 8 km away.
