About this villa rental
Splendid water mill of 1500, the oldest in the area, renovated to become a very prestigious accommodation. Ideal for couples and families. Surrounded by greenery and surrounded by beautiful hills, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the colors and scents of nature. Easy to reach, just 15 minutes from Pesaro. Near areas of great cultural interest such as the city of Urbino (UNESCO heritage) or the Gradara Castle.
Inside the villa, we find a classic furniture, in line with the structure, such as the ancient cast-iron bathtub with legs but all is accompanied by conveniences, like the TV in every room, the wifi, the dishwasher etc ...
Il Mulino dei Camini has private parking with automatic lighting, which accompanies up to the entrance of the villa and with spotlights that frame the pool and gazebo.
The villa is easily accessible, it is about 15 minutes by car from the center of Pesaro. All roads are paved.
Il Mulino dei Camini is close to the village of Villa Betti, giving the opportunity to reach the mini market or the bar of the town, even on foot (both are located about 100 meters from the structure).
However, from the village is not visible the villa, thanks to the grove of oaks and elms, which allows you to have all the privacy of the countryside, without the inconvenience of narrow dirt roads and long trips to shop.
Guests will have access to the entire villa and the garden. As well as the rooms, they will have free access to the kitchen, the dining room, the large living room and the swimming pool and all the garden furniture.

Sehr zuverlässiger und freundlicher Vermieter, ruhiges Haus mit großzügigem Gelände und Garten, Pool sehr gepflegt, idealer Standort.

En marge d'un curieux lotissement construit en pleine campagne, à égale distance de Pesaro et de Fano (15-20 mn) un superbe terrain en pente, planté d'oliviers et d'arbres fruitiers, avec la compagnie de deux sympathiques poules. Piscine spacieuse et très agréable. Calme délicieux, on n'entend que les oiseaux et les grillons. Maison sur 2 niveaux, les chambres en haut, la cuisine et les salons en bas. Tout est quasi neuf et impeccable. Accueil très prévenant de Davide, qui a accompagné notre séjour avec gentillesse, discrétion et efficacité. Le lave-linge était en maintenance pendant notre séjour mais Davide s'est chargé de la blanchisserie. La seule amélioration pourrait porter sur le mobilier de jardin, un peu limité (2 chaises longues seulement) ou peu pratique (grande table ronde trop haute, sol friable et irrégulier, les chaises basculent ou s'enfoncent). Globalement un très agréable et reposant séjour, dans une merveilleuse région.

Ein gemütliches Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und Pool, welches einlädt den ganzen Tag draussen zu verbringen.
Eine wundervoll, grosse Küche mit allem was man braucht.
Der Kontakt mit Davide war sehr herzlich und er war jederzeit und sofort zu stelle bei fragen.
Ein tolles ferienhaus für familien mit kinder.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Es ist sehr schön etwas Abseits vom Zentrum gelegen und das Grundstück ist riesig und komplett eingezäunt. Der tolle und wirklich große Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Leider hatten wir zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs starke Probleme mit Moskitos welche unseren Urlaubsspaß etwas gedämpft haben. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich könnten auch etwas bequemer sein. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus.
