This is your dream holiday location - a short walk to the waters edge, fabulous eateries and good coffee. Take your pick of all Raglan has to offer - it's approx 15min walk to town where you can shop or dine till your hearts content.
Take your pick of some of the best surf breaks in New Zealand. Kayak, paddle board or launch the boat and catch some fresh fish in the Raglan harbour. There are so many options to satisfy the more adventurous holiday makers.
For those who want to relax with a good book, the property offers an elevated aspect and your choice of sunshine or shade so you can indulge in that Vino and a good read everyday!

No open outdoor fires permitted. No excessive noise after 10.30pm. Minimum of 3 nights applies over long weekends (Auckland Anniversary, Waitangi Weekend, Easter, Anzac, Queens Birthday and Labour weekend) Minimum of 5 nights over New Year period

The property was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The property is well fenced for pets.The BBQ didn’t look ready for use. The grill looked like we needed a tray on top for the food maybe?A very relaxing stay and the bird songs were beautiful.

Private location but still with a bit of a view plus the house had everything we needed & more. Was great to be able to just close the gate and know the kids & dogs weren't going anywhere! Clean & tidy! Kari responded to our queries promptly. We'd happily stay here again!!
