We booked to stay here months ago but then we recently had some difficult news - it was the perfect place to take stock of where we’re at. We got away to the most magical place. Everything was so next level. The linen, the breakfast, the views! The staff were beautiful, hearing about the whakapapa filled my Kete. I honestly felt privileged to be on the whenua.
Nothing. It was definitely the most we have ever paid for accommodation - we had decided to treat ourselves but nothing disappointed us.

Absolutely amazing views, serene and quiet property befitting for a relaxing spa getaway. The property is impeccably arranged to feel private, yet also highlight the surrounding natural landscape. The ownership has done an incredible job interweaving bits of Māori culture and the connection they have with this particular place.
Upon arrival we were unsure where to go to check in. A small sign by the front door may help indicate it’s not just someone’s private residence.

Just an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place! The staff were very kind and helpful. We loved meeting the owner and getting a grand tour of the place. Thanks for such an amazing time!!

Extremely friendly staff, amazingly comfortable bed, room, and bathtub. Cozy tv and game room, reading room/library and kitchen. Overall feeling of privacy, exclusivity and relaxing comfort.
