This 80 m² apartment "Red" offers a total of two spacious
Bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen accommodate maximum
five persons. The comfortably furnished apartment is divided into two floors, the
connected directly by a wooden staircase. On the lower floor
There are two bedrooms with modern double beds and the bright one
Bathroom with toilet and shower. Also the spacious dining room with direct
adjacent and well-equipped kitchen can be found on this floor. From the dining area
This will take you directly to the lower balcony which gives you a great view over the
surrounding forests and nature offers. As the apartment in a small grove
you have your peace here. About the wooden staircase you reach the upper floor, which with
a comfortable couch and chair, a modern TV and a cozy
Sofa bed is set up. Also on the upper floor is a large balcony,
from where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The entire apartment is with
equipped with large windows and thus offers bright and light-flooded rooms. your
Car you can park right outside the door of the house, where a parking space for you

about 15 to 20 minutes. Also the village center with a grocery, butcher,
Cash machine and hairdresser is only about 300 meters and therefore within walking distance
away.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, man kann von dort alle möglichen Unternehmungen starten.Das Haus ist ruhig (nur die Türen in der Wohnung selbst lassen sich nicht so leicht leise schließen). In der Wohnung findet man alles vor, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft recht sauber. Lediglich das Geschirr musste teilweise nochmal gespült werden (was ja eher an früheren Gästen liegt).

Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Alles da. Auch Küchenmaschine und Backformen. Wenn es nicht nur ums Wandern geht, sondern auch Wildpark und Kletterwald interessieren, ist die Lage ideal. Mit dem Auto, Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist man schnell überall. Sehr gut auch mit Kindern die Treppen sicher begehen können (recht steile Treppe). Dank der beiden Stockwerke kann man sich gut aufteilen. Alles Super! Danke!

Das Ferienhaus hält, was es verspricht. Familie Rohleder ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Edersee ist Ende Februar leider noch alles zu.
