The apartment sleeps 4 (max 6) persons located on the ground floor of the detached house with six units and adds its own garage.
The layout of the apartment is as follows:
Large hall with original Austrian furniture.
Spacious living room in Austrian style with a smart TV (109 cm) and satellite with Dutch channels and radio / CD player with IPhone and USB connection, pallet stove, unlimited wireless internet.
Half open kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 burner induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, egg cooker, juicer, kettle etc.
There is also a double sofa bed (140/200 cm) in the living room.
Large bedroom with original Austrian furniture including a double bed (180/200 cm) with 2 separate adjustable slatted bases and a large cabinet wall.
Small bedroom with 2 single beds (80/200 cm) with adjustable slatted bases and wardrobe.
Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The apartment has a spacious south-facing balcony with a beautiful view, with 6 luxury patio chairs with cushions. You have the sun all day.
The garage is located to the right of the house. Ideal in winter and summer.
In the garage are two ladies bikes with 24 gears and two sledges.
The apartment has a private parking for the garage and in the parking lot beside the house.
Other information: You need to bring your own bedding (duvet, pillow and mattress fitted sheet) and also towels and tea towels please bring your own. Camping cot with extra mattress and duvet (linen you have to bring your own).

A.3 bakeries and a grocery store and a butcher and a bookstore (with Telegraph) and a tourist office and a sofa. present near several ski slopes there are also. The ski slope of Züschen is 4.2 km (9 minutes) by car and the slopes of Winterberg 9 km (13 minutes) from the apartment.
Züschen is located 5 km from Winterberg and 38 km from Willingen. From the apartment one can wonderful walks and cycling (mountain bike) to make to o. A. Winterberg 6.4 km and the Kahler Asten 6.4 km from the apartment

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und komplett eingerichtet. Insbesondere der Pelletofen erzeugt eine sehr angenehme Wärme.
Die Wohnung liegt optimal an den Wanderwegen und Wiesen in sehr ruhiger Lage mit schöner Fernsicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Heerlijk weekje gehad. Gezellig ingerichte kamers en prima bedden. Lekker dichtbij de pistes. En een klein stukje rijden naar winterberg. Huisje was mooi schoon en kwam overeen met de foto's op de site. We gaan zeker nog een keer en kan het iedereen een weekje aanraden in het mooie Sauerland.
