Nice remote location overlooking the local hills. The apartment is the top floor of the house. It is definitely not brand new, but perfectly usable and everything you need is present.

We were there for the 3th time. Perfect for skiing in Winterberg Basic and clean appartement. Everything there. Nice and quiet area. Nice view.Good communication with host.Good value.

Das recht alte Haus erfüllt durchaus alle Erwartungen an eine einfache Wohnung. Diverse Kleinigkeiten trüben aber den Gesamteindruck. Die Betten haben es wirklich hinter sich und können nur mit großer Vorsicht genutzt werden, damit sie nicht in sich zusammenbrechen. Dafür könnte man mit allen vorhandenen Decken locker eine ganze Jugendherberge ausstatten. Warum? Die Küchenzeile versprüht den Charme der frühen 70er Jahre. Nostalgiker fühlen sich sichet wohl. Schade ist, dass der Vermieter wenig bis gar nicht antwortet, auch wenn es anders versprochen wird. Eine vernünftige Inventarliste im Vorfeld könnte helfen, nicht Dinge anzuschleppen, die bereits da sind. Aussicht, Größe, Heizung, Balkon und WLAN sind brauchbar. Alles in allem eine knappe 3 minus. Statt den Gästen sechs Seiten über Mülltrennung vor zu geben, wäre ein Hinweis, wo sich der nächste Altglascontainer befindet, sicherlich nützlicher. Schade eigentlich für die divetsen verpassten Chancen.
