About this apartment rental
This luxury 2200 sq, ft. 12th floor AMARA condo is located on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean, the beach and the amazing sunsets. The completely furnished new condo has been modified from the base plan to provide an open kitchen and living room concept maximizing the living area and entertainment space as well as the views. A bar area has been added adjacent the large living room and the kitchen has been upgraded with additional cabinets and a breakfast bar with views to the mountains and neighbouring golf course. The large deck off the living room with sliding glass doors overlooks the triple pool complex below.
The two master bedrooms face the spectacular beach and each has its own full bath. King and beds provide the sleeping luxury and each is equipped with flat screen TVs. The mountain view rooms each have single and double beds respectively allowing for maximum occupancy and ideal for large families or shared occupancy.
The private pool complex provides everything you need to relax at this ocean paradise. Swim, soak, tan or relax under the palapa/cabana while staff provide your favorite beverage. Enjoy endless walks along the beach and return to luxury through your private beach entrance with attached shower and washroom facilities.
Daily maid service is available upon request.

Our cond was large and very comfortable for our family. It included everything we needed and more. The location makes it easy to walk the beach in the morning, get a massage, and it’s close to shopping and restaurants. Our family enjoyed the pool and the proximity of the restaurant/bar. This was a spectacular, 2 week family vacation and our condo rental was a major reason for our enjoyable experience.

THis unit on the 12th floor is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings are good quality, the views are spectacular, and the location is right at the centre of the 3 km beach. All of the pools and the grounds are very well kept, and the pool palapa bar serves excellent drinks and and snack food at good prices. The bar staff are very friendly and usually had a beer opened for us when they saw us coming.
Claudia, the property manager, is very helpful and was a huge help when our son accidentally left his phone in a cab. Bryan, the owner, gave us lots of good info and had some drinks and food waiting for us on arrival - a really pleasant surprise.
Amara is very close to many restaurants and shops - literally its across the street. We found the Generals to be our favourite spot - both for good food and drinks, and to watch some sports. We rented bikes and rode the Cyclopista de Ixtapa paved trail to Playa Linda and went to Ixtapa Island for some snorkeling - both excursions were fun. We would totally recommend this property and are hoping to be able to use it again soon.
