Room 2: 1 double bed and a bunk bed with 2 single beds, wifi, private bathroom, smart tv, cable TV service (included), Netflix, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, hooks for clothes, bath towels and pool towels. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, hand towels, basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper), hot and cold water, and the use of common areas.
Room 3: 1 double bed, full private bathroom, smart tv, cable TV service (included), Netflix, a/c, ceiling fan, wifi, balcony, closet, hooks for clothes, table with 2 chairs, towels for bath and pool towels and a parking space within the premises.
The pool has an excellent view, you can see the 4th hole of the golf course and its players, the pool has a deep and a shallow area.
We have umbrellas and lounge chairs for sunbathing, we also have a grill to enjoy a delicious barbecue next to the pool.
The location of our house is perfect, 50 meters away you will have the bike path where you can walk or ride a bike, 5 minutes away is the main beach of Ixtapa, the commercial area (restaurants, supermarket, bars, nightclubs, boutiques, pharmacies, banks...etc) it is not necessary to have a vehicle to move this generates that you can save a lot of money, it is a busy area, many people walk daily.
