About this apartment rental
This spacious 4,000 sq. ft. apartment is a great place for groups of friends or families to relax, lay back, and truly enjoy the beauty that the Mexican Pacific coast has to offer. The master bedroom has one king size bed, three of the bedrooms have two full size beds each, and there is one more room with one twin size bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people (adults) comfortably. Maximum guest number is 10.
Inside the complex, there is a private pool which is ideal for those who just want to relax with a drink, and watch the sunset.The beach is a 3 minute walk down steps, past the pool.
As part of your stay here, the concierge, Luís, will be at your service. He will make your stay as comfortable as possible, and if you are looking for day activities around the area, he will make sure you are taken care of.
Mari, our cleaning lady and cook, will also be at your service from 9am-4pm, (this is an obligatory service with a cost of $40usd/day). I would highly recommend you request for her to make you her fresh ceviche with local fish, as well as her fish tacos.
For parties larger than 6, she will bring additional help (extra fee of $40usd/day), to make sure that the apartment is spotless and that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

This condo was great for a large group. There were 10 of us. Plenty of room. The views of the bay from the deck were spectacular! Watched whales feeding in the bay. Fabulous beach for walking. The condo has a pool dedicated to the condo building which we had mostly to ourselves! This condo/resort is situated cliff side so there is a far amount of walking! There is a gondola if needed.
Mari the housekeeper/cook made us wonderful breakfast most mornings. We had her get groceries for a BBQ which they prepared for us to cook!
The condo could use a little maintenance. Some of the door knobs in the bedroom kept coming off. One of the showers and bathroom sink was slow to drain. Also a few of the bath mats were stained and could use replacing. This condo is situated in a beautiful location.

My family and my sister's family recently stayed here and absolutely loved our place. Pictures didn't do it justice. Absolutely stunning views. Our families loved Mari and her hospitality and cooking! She is a gem! With 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms everyone had lots of space but we spent most of our time outside! Recommended for 2/3 families or 4 couples! Ixtapa is clean and we felt safe. Thanks for everything!

We spent our Spring Break at Santiago's condo with 2 other families. We loved happy hour watching the sunsets from the infiniti pool every evening. We had lots of room for everyone and eating on the covered balcony overlooking the ocean was great. Access to the all-inclusive facilities was nice - we used the kayaks and paddle boards and the boys liked being able to order drinks at the beach! But the absolute best part of our stay was having Mari cook us breakfast and lunch everyday as well as keeping the place spotless! We really enjoyed out fish tacos, shrimp, fish and rice and beef and beans - mexican stye - delicious!! And Mari was just great to have around; we really enjoyed having her there! Thanks for a great stay Santiago!

Beautiful and spacious condo with fantastic views and attentive staff. Pool and beach location were great. Food made by the maids was always delicious. All the staff at the resort were great and always helpful. We spent every night and morning hanging out on the balcony.
Downside - 5 bedroom condo with only enough hot water for one shower per day - problem was never fixed while we were there but the owner said he was going to fix the problem for the next guests. Air conditioning in one room didn't work and wasn't functioning while we were there. Also some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable, but the staff moved things around to make it work for us.
All together we would recommend this place to others, especially large groups. Ixtapa is a great beach town in Mexico and is not as crowded as other Mexican beaches, and it is REAL Mexico. Brush up on your Spanish if you are coming here!
