Very spacious to suit 7 adults, very clean and roomy bathrooms..all mod cons available and owner very pleasant to deal with. Can hear a pin drop at night, very quiet.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Wayne is an outstanding host, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The place was super clean, and all the basic amenities were provided. Five stars from us for both the accommodation and the host. This stay made our Launceston trip truly memorable!!

Beautiful panoramic views of the whole of Launceston and surroundings. Very close to the gorge entry and large well equipped kitchen.
