The concept and amenities were thoughtful and well presented. The breakfast and gifts were very generous
The TV looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. We had wet carpet in 1/4 of bedroom which you needed to walk on to get to the bathroom and a horrible smell! Some personal contact from management to Experience first hand what we were experiencing would have been appreciated.
