The property was modern sterile as expected but a bit cheap feeling. But the big issues were as follows. The property was very noisy from the highway below - constant traffic day and night. You could also see the highway clearly.
The bedroom had no windows except from its opening onto the main room so very stuffy. Frosted glass doors could close off the lounge and bathroom which we did to reduce the noise, but they let all the light through so not dark in the morning. Finally the large windows in lounge room face east so the place was a hotbox by 10 am - in mid- autumn! So in summer would be terrible requiring air-conditioning all day.
