completely renovated detached house, located 300 meters from the beach of Ezer - Lodonnec and 3 km from the village.
A pretty garden surrounds the house.
A teak terrace with sun beds, umbrellas and barbecue are available.

Maison très spacieuse (chacun avec son coin à soi), bien décorée, très bien située, proche d'une plage magnifique. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a ouvert puis refermé la maison. Excellent accueil ! Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison très bien située au fond d’une impasse au calme. A 5 min à pied de la plage de Lodonnec et de la crêperie. La maison est très lumineuse. Coin terrasse extérieure très agréable et proche de la cuisine. Très bonne literie. Nous n’avons manqué de rien : beaucoup de vaisselle et d’équipements. Nous recommandons cette location.
Juste une petite suggestion : un barbecue un peu plus grand serait préférable

On arrival we were met by 2 ladies who showed us round & gave information. House & garden size was great with plenty of room for everyone. Garden span whole way round house with grass area, patio & wooded area to explore. The location to a big beach was 10 min walk & lovely walk onto the local cafe bar which was friendly & good food. We love the area & visited Benodet, Il Tudy, Saint Marine many times before. Quiet village unfortunately all shops/ supermarkets were driving distance. Negatives on the house & garden were the sofa bed was uncomfy to spend 2 weeks on. Non of the bedrooms had enough storage with some having just draws, the 2 with wardrobes only either had a rail or couple shelves & the sofa bed room did not have any storage at all so was living out of suitcases for 2 week. In addition the cleanliness was not great with spiderwebs every furniture, dust everywhere, damp & mould patches in the bathroom areas, weeds & nettles in the garden & a gas tank accessible to children! Its a real shame as location & size of property was great but cleanliness & safety for children was lacking. Weather was mixed but still managed plenty of beech days. On the positive we were left a bottle of cider, some cleaning products & crepes for our stay which was lovely gesture. The property would be perfect if good clean up, redecoration & get rid of mould & damp. Garden needs a good tidy up cutting hedges, grass, getting rid of weeds & nettles. There was also a bug problem with everyone in the house getting bitten on a daily basis & each day having to bug spray! Overall it would be a great property with a little TLC
