A large bedroom with double bed for 2 guests. Comfortable double sofa bed for 2 more guests in the living room. A baby cot for infants and feeding chair. A new kitchenette fitted with all the amenities you need, utensils, microwave, toaster and kettle. From the living room you can access to the outdoor patio garden equipped with tables, chairs and parasol, ideal to dine outside and relax under the lemon tree.
ALL INCLUSIVE
Free WI-FI, Sat TV, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, hair dryer etc. Complimentary welcome drinks, tea and coffee.
LOCATION
Location is ideal to combine Rome with Ostia's beach breaks, away from the bustling city. The strategic location allows visitors to easily reach the metro railway station (15 min. walk) and be in Rome City Centre in half an hour at a cost of €1.50 per person (one way). We have plenty of tourist information and brochures, local maps with all transport and services available.

The communication was great and we knew just what we needed to do to access the property. It was much larger then we expected and the private patio was ideal. I loved that it had a washing machine. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store also. Both Rome and the beach were fairly close allowing us to go to both.

Very close to bus stop great coffee shop around the corner and fantastic restaurant a few minutes away . Bed was very comfortable . Fridge filled with ice as it was not closing properly . And really think they need to supply coffee or tea for at least the first morning as we didn’t get to the grocery store till the next morning. Overall very nice

The apartment is spacious and found it to be as described. Appreciated the clothes washing machine and did not use AC. Incredible advice and instructions on getting around and the communication was above and beyond, I always had very prompt replies to my questions. The ruins were amazing and the town is delightful.
