About this house rental
This, in fact, is a real country house! We are outside the village, near the Capranica-Sutri station. 120m² on two floors immersed in the typical hazelnut crops, the house is located inside a small family farm where small animals are raised and vegetable gardens are grown. The house still has independent access and a portion of private land where you can relax in the shade of ancient oaks in the quiet of green Tuscia!
Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to experience the rural atmosphere in the comfort of a newly renovated house with all the comforts we are used to!
The house is designed to accommodate up to 6 people, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be joined together and a balcony, where there is a double sofa bed, which can become a divider a third bedroom.
The kitchen is complete with fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.
In the garden you can use the barbecue.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi access and the TIMVISION TV on demand service.
The house is part of a two-family building, the twin house is owned by family members who make occasional use of it, with them only the driveway is shared.
Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, household and bar 2 minutes by car.
In the surroundings there are various points of cultural and recreational interest.
In addition to all the countries of historical interest such as Capranica, Sutri, Ronciglione, etc. there are various archaeological sites from the Etruscan era such as the necropolis of Sutri.
The itineraries of the Via Francigena, the ancient path of pilgrims on their way to the Vatican, are also famous in the area.
Very close is Lake Vico, very well equipped for swimming, with its beaches it is ideal for sunbathing in complete relaxation!

Das Objekt entspricht fast genau den Angaben in der Offerte!
Bestens ausgestattetes Landhaus mit schönem Freisitz und
schönem großem Aussenbereich. Empfang und Betreuung
durch den sehr freundlichen Vermieter, der auch eine
zweisprachige (ital./engl.) Gästemappe mit diversen Empfehlungen (Supermärkte,Restaurants,Ausflugsziele) bereitgestellt hat ! Was im Angebot fehlt: auf dem Gelände
werden in einzelnen Zwingern 6 Jagdhunde gehalten, die
unsere Ruhe teilweise nachts aber -fast- regelmäßig morgens und manchmal auch abends durch lautes Gebell bis zu 1h gestört haben! Maurizio konnte nichts machen, weil ihm die Hunde nicht gehören. Ansonsten hat sich, außer zum füttern, offenbar niemand um die Tiere gekümmert !! Die Angabe, dass die Hunde auf dem Gelände
leben, fehlt in der Anzeige!

Landelijke omgeving. Rustig. Huis helemaal in overeenstemming met foto's advertentie. Trein met verbinding Rome op paar minuten afstand. Supermarkt idem.

Das Haus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen. Es ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit Maurizio war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Man kann in der Gegend sehr viel unternehmen, auch die Bahnstation liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe, dennoch stört kein Zuglärm.
Auch der Außenbereich ist schön, wir haben ihn wegen des herbstlichen Wetters allerdings kaum genutzt, sondern uns vielmehr am gut funktionierenden Kamin mit ausreichend Feuerholz erfreut.

This property was perfect for our vacation getaway. Reasonably close to many local cities and airport. Love the serene setting of the country type living. Perfect rental.
