The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at breakfast were friendly and responsive. It was overall good value.
The automated reception/check in process needs work. The automated reception does not work very well. I had to call for help. The first person apparently lost patience with me and hung up. I called again twice and on the third attempt, the second person was very friendly and helpful and was able to check me in. Had I not been tired from a long bicycle ride, I would’ve moved on to another place and chalked it up to a bad experience.

Easy to get to and felt safe. Room was clean and accessible bathroom good.
Took a while to get the access code at night but all good eventually.

It’s location
The floor was sticky and smelled of urine !!! Not happy , plus it says Air Con on booking facility but the air con wasn’t working . Poor quality in breakfast
