It was clean and warm.Has almost everything you need for a short stay
I didn't like the elevators.One was missing a few buttons but there were for our floor, and the other one didn't have a button for the ground floor and we had to go down one floor by stairs.

Close to the train station and public services, the place is clean and the reception is warm.
The construction work next to the residence was a nuisance.

As soon as we walked into the room, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell of sewage or dirty drain water coming from the kitchen sink and the bathroom. We had to improvise a plug using paper to block the kitchen sink drain just to be able to sleep. We also had to leave a window open all night to help air out the smell. There’s no air conditioning. Less than a block from the hotel, there were people sleeping on the sidewalks. It’s not an area I’d recommend for families with children.
