    We booked our room late but were able to manage the keyless entry on a Sunday when the reception is closed. Get to our room which was very large and very clean. Our location was mid block near two major site seeing locations and great food and shopping around our room.

    Close to the central sightseeing, amazing apartment with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen with small dining room and even stationary bike and some weights in the corridor. The kitchen is super equipped, cleaning and change of towels every day. Very good and very helpful service with 24/7 immediate response. An unusual high level of service for the apartments/residences. The only problem is directions - we tried both Google and Waze, we followed Goggle and staff directions 3 times - there is no way to get to the building without violating the street signs. Hopefully we will be able to avoid traffic tickets.

    Good location, big apartment for 2 bedder, clean. No aircon so I had to open windows at night and it was really noisy, and could also smell food/ smoke from below as a result. Didn't expect that reception hours were limited - not like a hotel with 24/7 in person service. I had a short stay so i didn't any ad hoc service. But if you're checking in close to the knock off time of the receptionist you can expect some impatience. The stay would have been a lot more pleasant if I didn't lose one of my three rooms to a purported "complimentary upgrade". After accepting the upgrade which could house 3 guests, the hotel claims that it was a replacement for 2 rooms and I lost my 2nd room (for the 3rd guest). I took it as a miscommunication / misunderstanding through whatsapp and sought to retain my original agoda booking but my original rooms were no longer available as it was let out to someone else. So I paid the price of 2 rooms for one slightly bigger room, and 3 adults lost the luxury of 2 toilets. If i wanted the other room (which was paid via Agoda already), I had to pay the cost of the "free" upgrade. The hotel denies any impropriety of course, and claims that I received a free upgrade and agreed to it when there were whatsapp messages suggesting otherwise. I have lodged this complaint with Agoda and offered to pay for my upgrade and get a refund on the lower grade room which I did not stay in. Unfortunately it is not resolved as the hotel maintains its right to take the price of 2 of my rooms as replacement for 1 "complimentary upgrade" room. The room is 3 times more than the upgrade. So a note of caution that, this is an attractive apartment to stay in due to location and size, but don't make any last min changes to your place when they contact you via whatsapp. If there's any language barrier leading to misalignment in expectation, you will get rude response and no attempt at service recovery. And trying to get help from Agoda is also challenging.
