    Very comfortable, clean and modern hotel, with lovely pool area and restaurant with superb views over Lake Annecy. Staff all very friendly and approachable. Short walk to the old town, and across the road to a public car park and lakeside.

    From start to finish, even before checking in, they were extremely attentive and informative. The House Cleaning Staff require special mention as they are very good at their job! The girls on Reception again very helpful and kind people. The location is fantastic for walking to main restaurants and shopping. (TIP) Do not drive if you have the option not to.

    Chose it for the views but don’t bother as it’s the road and not beautiful views. Wasn’t allowed to use the pool , wish there was better mid option range in Annecy
