Great Stay with Excellent Amenities
The location was perfect for easy access to shopping and offered stunning views that made relaxing by the pool even better. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by attentive housekeeping and friendly staff, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment. The overall experience provided good value for money, especially with such restful sleep quality.

-Location good but Room smells bad
-Beddings and towels smells bad, when I lied down, the pillow cover smells bad!
-No complimentary room slippers and bottled water was given was told they don’t have it
-Checkout is 11am but it was already 3pm but we couldn’t checkin yet because they were still cleaning the room. When we entered the bathroom floor was wet all over and smells bad too.
-25 euro per head tor the buffet was not worth it, options were very limited
-We booked the hotel for a staycation to celebrate a special occasion but we were so frustrated.
-People may ask why not reach out to staff, I did but they don’t seem to care. I also work for a hotel and these things should be important to ensure customers have what they need upon checkin and during stay at the hotel.
-We thought we could relax but, who can relax if we have these types of issues.
