1. The facility was listed as hotel, and hotels have elevator, this facility is not a hotel, it’s a regular apartment without elevator. The room we occupied was at the 3f (equivalent to 4f for asians like us) and we have 6luggages which we had to carry up and down all the way to/from our room. It should have been described properly! It was so unsafe bringing these heavy luggages up/down using the narrow staircase.
2. The stove was not working! It’s one of our necessities. I emailed the property but no reply.
3. The toilet has no curtains or blinds and it has a huge window facing a lot of other buildings, so inconsiderate!
4. No foot rag in the toilet.
5. 5days and 4 nights and we were only provided w 1.5 rolls of tissue!
