    During my stay roughly 10:30 11:00 at night I was sleep I had my service animal with me he started to bark. The door was in opened by another guest stating that they had rented the room I had rented. Few minutes later security comments screams at me very rudely demanded to see my ID demanded to step out of the room with my service animal while I'm halfway just can sit in the back I was asleep when a stranger came into the room so when I show my ID to security guard he realizes that the room was re-wrented to another guest however I had never checked out I had only checked in at 3:00 that afternoon and I was asleep at 10:30 that night when they came into my room very very uncomfortable stay I have asked to be refunded or compensated for the issue the property ignores my request. Hence the fact I had my service animal a 82 lb Pitbull on full attack mode when that person came into my room so if I didn't secure my dog when they came into the room with their own key it could have been very bad would love to hear something back from the property definitely need compensation recommend nobody stays here
