This was a two day stop over for us. Check in was not customer friendly. I called in the later morning to see if we could check in earlier and the lady dressed in black told me to call back. I called back around noon and was told that hopefully the room will be ready 2 or 3. When I inquired when check in she said 3. We came at 3 and were told that one of our two rooms was not ready. Others checked in no problem. After we got in the car Luke came steer us to bring us the key to the other room. Once we got to it we found out it was next to the ice and vending machine. We explicitly asked for quiet rooms. Went back and someone else helped us with another room away from the ice machine. Not sure why this room wasn’t made available to us in the first place. We were nothing but polite and there was no reason for this!
Otherwise how was good, especially the breakfast.
There was a maintenance issue with the toilet that we reported that wasn’t fixed.
Motel close to noisy street!
