Front desk personal who helped us upon arrival was not friendly and a bit rude. We were not informed about the ammonites like cafe and restaurant We were pleased with our room ,but not Hilton staff .

Love this hotel. Staff is great, rooms always clean and the views are tremendous. We will stay here anytime we are in San Diego.
