    This place is great staff were friendly are very helpful only thing that was no parking we had to park at another hotel but we liked everything else id say its ideal if your using public transport highly recommended 😀

    I had a genuinely excellent experience staying at the Aparthotel Adagio Edinburgh Royal Mile. What stood out most was the staff — they were absolutely fantastic. Every member of the team I encountered was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The atmosphere at reception and throughout the hotel was relaxed yet very professional. The staff managed to strike that ideal balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive. They were always polite, approachable, and seemed genuinely happy to assist with anything — whether it was local advice, help with facilities, or simply making sure guests felt welcome. It’s rare to find a team with such a consistently positive attitude. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the warmth of the staff really made the stay memorable. Combined with the brilliant location on the Royal Mile and the comfort of the apartments, this level of service makes the Adagio a great location and great service — I would happily stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh and the apartments are very comfortable, but it’s the staff who really make this place special. Thank you to the whole team — I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Edinburgh.

    Nice location that closed to tourist attractions. This is apartment hotel, so, no linen change or clean your room until you left . All by yourself. Good thing here is you can cook by yourself. Gym and laundry provided in another floor.TVs have no connections to Netflix or YouTube. Very old mattress. In terms of this pricy location, they have fair prices. Good for the short trip .
