    My 2nd visit - stay with them / friendly staff 24/7 reception easy location in new town. Was full house so they put me in basement (with new toilet ) however I prefer higher floor - all is good. I stayed again where they put me in higher floor and good view of city - appreciate kettle teas and biscuits 👍🤩

    I am not sure if I am simply used to hotels in Asia, but I found it hard to believe this hotel is rated 4 stars. The staff were nice, but the first room for the first night I was given was in the basement next to the linen room, l, housekeeping/staff room, toilets, and luggage storage room. It was very dark and felt uncomfortable. I asked to change rooms, and the staff kindly arranged a new room for the following day on the ground floor next to the reception. However, the outdoor air-conditioning unit was quite noisy throughout the night. Still, it was better than staying in the dark basement. The basement room itself was new and clean, but the ground-floor room was also quite dim, and the carpet looked old and stained. Toilet floor tiles was super cold and no amenities (slippers, tooth brush, etc) were there. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends.
