Apartment No. 2 - 1. floor
This approximately 50m² apartment is located on the middle floor of Haus Weihertor and convinces with its brightness and the large bathroom with shower tub. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and has only been rented out to holiday guests since the summer. We have created a friendly atmosphere with love, so that ours have a cozy retreat in the center of Trarbach.

Our three holiday apartments are located in a typical one hundred and fifty year old Moselle house with a traditional slate facade, which stands on a historic wine cellar. We offer you an ideal starting point to explore Traben-Trarbach and the surrounding landscape. The apartment is centrally located in Trarbach, the nearest winery with an ostrich is only 30m away, other wineries are located throughout the town. The town center and the Moselle can be reached in just a few steps, the district of Traben on the other side of the Moselle is only a short walk away.

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist die Parksituation und leider kein Bäcker in direkter Nähe. Sonst alles perfekt.

Wir haben hier 9 Tage Urlaub an der Mosel gemacht. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
Wir haben aber noch eine Anmerkung: Wir haben 100,00 Euro Kaution überwiesen. Nach 10 Tagen aus dem Urlaub wurde uns dieser Betrag noch nicht zurück überwiesen. Ich kann gar nicht direkt mit Herrn Meuskens per email Kontakt aufnehmen. Könnten Sie Herrn Meuskens informieren, dass wir auf die 100 Euro Kaution warten. Danke.

Die Wohnung war im Ganzen gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es eine Kritikpunkte:
- der Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster (wir hatten 27 Grad Aussentemperatur)
- der muffige Geruch im Treppenhaus (sonderlich gepflegt war es auch nicht)
- die Jalousielösung im Bad (der Nachbar schaut zu wenn man auf Toilette sitzt)
- die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft (hat nicht überzeugt)
- der Duschvorhang ist echt abenteuerlich
Würde im Großen und Ganzen eine Neutrale Bewertung abgeben (aber das Objekt nicht mehr buchen)
