Casamici is an apartment renovated in 2019 with free Wi-Fi and air conditioners, located in a quiet and residential area near the center of Mestre and Ferretto Square.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, an open living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 extra toilet, and a private garden.
You can reach Venice and Marco Polo Airport in 15 minutes by bus. To Venezia Mestre railway station is a 10 minutes ride by tram. Less than 10 minutes walk to the center of Mestre and Ferretto Square.
Important things to note :
- The city tax (4 euro per person per night) is not included, should be paid in cash during check-in.
- A 20 euro extra fee for late arrivals after 8 pm may be applied.

The unit was fantastic, only to be topped by the hospitality of the host. We where fortunate to spend our stay in five excellent Brvo locations on our Italian trip, CASAMICI was the best.

Wir haben 6 Nächte in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht und haben uns jeden Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Stefano und Chih!
Die beiden haben eine sehr bewusste und hochwertige Ausstattung gewählt mit vielen Aufmerksamkeiten, die nicht selbstverständlich sind, wie z. B. Sekt im Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Tee, Essig/ Öl, Shampoo und Duschgel etc. Sogar ein Staubsauger- Roboter stand zur Verfügung.
Alles ist in einem sehr guten und neuwertigen Zustand.
Matratzen waren super! Handtücher, Bettwäsche alles top.
Auch die vielen Tipps zu Venedig und Mestre waren außergewöhnlich und sehr hilfreich.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Auto konnten wir kostenlos in einer nahen Tiefgarage abstellen. Zum Bus nach Venedig sind es 3 Minuten. In Mestre ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!

Wir sind so freundlich empfangen worden, die Tipps für Vendig waren super ,die Wohnung ein Traum .
