About this villa rental
Litinas Villa is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Set on a 2,500 sq. m land in the picturesque Amnatos village, Litinas Villa is surrounded by olive groves. The Villa consists of 2 buildings, covering a total of 290 m2, which communicate with each other, both rented together, making it ideal for big families and groups. Litinas Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in beds & up to 10 people if necessary.

Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa covers 2,500 m2 and offers a spacious lawn covered terrace by the pool, offering sunset views!
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 60 sq. m private swimming pool with a specially design compartment for kids. The pool has a variable depth of 0,70 cm - 1,50 m.
- The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, umbrellas and bean bag chairs, for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and dining table for 12 guests offering views to the sea and the surrounding landscape.
- A ping pong table.
- A Playstation 4 console, outdoor playground, trampoline and basket hoop are also available for the children.
- Parking space for 4 cars.
- Fully fenced outdoor area, offering total security to our guests.

Just got back from a fantastic stay at this villa. Hosts were very welcoming. Stayed for 10 nights in May . Family with two grown up children and their partners. In all honesty we couldn’t fault the villa at all. Fabulous gardens and pool. immaculately looked after. The two villas, yes two!, were spotless, with a really well equipped kitchen in the larger villa. Great outdoor kitchen/ bbq area. The fact that it is two villas was great, meaning we could all be together but still have our own space. The hosts were really helpful, giving us restaurant ideas locally, even sorting delivery when we had a bad weather one day. Can’t thank them enough for a fabulous stay, and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit this part of Crete.

We started our stay with a Google adventure to get to the villa. We laughed so hard at the TIGHT fit street we ended up in. Enter Maria (the owner) to the rescue! :) Yay we arrived!! Maria took us on the tour of the beautiful villa and gave us local restaurant advice. Sadly the weather was not great so we did not use the pool until the day we were leaving. Worth the wait, it was lovely!!!
You definitely need a rental car. We found the sun on the south side of the island! :)

At first sight you would say it is a nice house and estate...BUT
First the positive things:
Good beds, well equipped kitchen, cosy sofas, large pool
Negative
- Pool wasn't clean...probably no cleaning for a longer time
- Pool water pump didnt work at first, was repaired, didnt work again
- so much space outside, but only a plain lawn. There got to be something you could do (flowers, trees, etc).
- somehow a lot of wasps on the lawn. No barefoot walking possible
- outside lights for a nice atmosphere didnt work properly. Pool lights were always off.
- only 2 of 8 sun lounger were comfy. Others not really usable.
- sun umbrellas (fixed mounted) not usable in the afternoon, since shade is in the pool
- electronic kitchen equipment kinda looks older and wasnt clean. Microwave rusted, coffee machine dirty with old stinky milk
- water supply totally shut down twice for a while (1-2 hours) then suddenly worked again. So the wifi...
- outside barbecue grill looks a little nasty. So we didnt use it...
Overall I would not book that house again. Maybe spending money for a professional pool service and cleaning lady on a regular basis would be good. Owners somehow do it all by themselves and maybe only shortly before guests arrive. And the house/estate doesnt look finished in some points.
We, 4 growns up, travel each year to another location and rent a house with pool, but this house is ranking last. Sorry I had to say this.
