The Catalpa Nocfond is located in South Sologne, land of forests and ponds and close to the Cher Valley and the Berry Canal.
Nocfond is at a dead end on the edge of the woods, leaning against pedestrian paths. For those who love unspoiled nature, beautiful trees and calm, this rustic and comfortable country house with its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, accommodates group and families with children. During the warm period, the solognal farmhouse stays cool inside, and you can enjoy shaded areas or full sun.
On the ground floor; a living room of 25 m² with its wood stove, very nice for warm evenings of autumn or winter. For more comfort, and from 9 visitors, a second spacious living room of 70 m² with a large wood stove is proposed 20 m from the cottage in the owner's house. The two houses are separated by the terrace guinguette and the big tree, the catalpa.
