Apartment Leon is a newly built apartment located in Nova Vas, suitable for up to sixpersons. The peaceful location of the apartment offers the guests a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the city noise. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and a washing machine and one with a shower) and a living room. The guests can enjoy the beautiful garden with a barbecue area and a 50 sqm large swimming pool with a whirlpool for up to six persons. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi is available in the whole apartment. The guests can use the private parking for up to two cars in front of the house. This is a fairly spacious property with a lovely pool.we had a very warm welcome from the hostess,who plied us with aperitif, and was very smiley though she has very limited English. Fortunately her son has fairly good English. It was lovely to stay outside Porec but with a quick run in by car,and a supermarket about 8 minutes away. The property was well equipped but in the shower could do with the shower head being attached to the wall and in the bathroom needs longer shower curtain. Plenty of bedding,as it was quite cool when we were there so we were grateful for that.

Es war super schön und entspannt - die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und mega freundlich .
Es hat alles super gepasst und wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen und können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, obwohl die Besitzer unten wohnen, sind sie sehr diskret und wollen nicht stören. Sehr nett und gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder!
