Beautiful villa of 120 sqm with a swimming pool for 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, free WiFi internet access, and private parking. The villa is situated in a privileged area, only 300 m from the beach, 1.5 km from the city center, fully furnished, barbecue, outdoor shower, deck chairs, umbrellas, and a garden. Excellent accommodation equipped with everything for a comfortable holiday for families with children or groups of friends, pets are welcome, with an applicable supplement.
The house and 'very spacious with a large open living area dining room with sofa, air conditioner, kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker with three gas burners and one electric, dishwasher, three spacious double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine, the second bathroom with shower and bidet, terrace with table and chairs, swimming pool, outdoor shower, deck chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, free parking near the house.
The house is very comfortable, cca 300 m from the beach, 200 m from the petrol station, 500 m from the supermarket, 600 m from the bank and ATM, 200 m from the restaurant, 500 m from the tennis courts, 300 m from the gym in open space in Umag.
Accommodation is a great choice for those who love comfort and tranquility.
The house is surrounded by private houses with gardens, at 300 m the promenade for walks along the coast at 250 m the Villa Punta bar.
Only 300 m away is the tourist train station, which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and, along the seafront, arrives at Umag center and vice versa.
In the center, to visit the museum, the aquarium, and the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag Dam.
For those who love the waterfront gym, there is a free outdoor one, near the Da Lorenzo restaurant offers excellent fish menus.
To do the shopping, it's worth taking a few miles to Kaufland or Plodine, which are two of the most convenient supermarkets in the city.

Sehr schöne Erfahrung -
Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Die Eigentümerin sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Ideal für Familien. Zentral in Umag gelegen. Nicht weit zum Strand mit schönen und gemütlichen Restaurants. Wir besuchen dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder.
