Perfect location for us
comfortable stay
Neither television was operational
The sofa in the sitting room was broken. The seat cover was shredded, falling apart, not very welcoming

Location and space
Difficult to get in touch with staff once the reservation was made - lots of stairs! Too much light coming through blinds

Neat, clean and everything we needed
not sure how the heating worked, couldn’t turn on the heated towel racks ( no instructions) but maybe because we are not used to indoor heating , otherwise everything was great !

light outside bedroom window was extremely bright and couldn’t sleep due to this,
staff didn’t help with this problem
