I don’t know where to start from! It was an amazing stay. The host, Ilaria, is a wonderful lady who speaks Italian, English and French ( possibly other ones too but I heard her speaking the ones I listed 😊). The communication with her was super easy and she was very helpful with giving us information about Levanto, places to eat and free parking.
The house is very comfortable but also very cosy and with own beautiful ambience. There is a brook close by and in the morning we woke up to the sound of birds singing and water bubbling. Magical!
Breakfast was home made and abundant!
There is parking space which as I found out later is a rarity for places to stay in Liguria.
If I could I would go back there right away!

We travel quite often and have stayed in various hotels. This lovely, small hotel is located at the foot of a forest-covered mountain, right by the road, just 3 km from Levanto. There are several parking spaces right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. We were greeted by the very pleasant owner, Ilaria, who showed us to our room, which was comfortable, cosy, beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and even had a fireplace (purely for decoration; there is a refrigerator inside). The bathroom was very modern. We also liked our own covered terrace in the courtyard with a magnificent view of the forest, mountains and a village located on top of a hill. The fresh air, silence, comfort and beautiful nature will appeal to anyone who loves seclusion, privacy and complete peace and quiet! Our neighbours were French, Italian and even from faraway Australia. The entire hotel has a unique design. Every little detail has been taken into account, which is very nice: the room, which Ilaria cleans daily, has a kettle, tea, coffee and even two bottles of water, which are thoughtfully replenished once a day. There are coffee machines downstairs in front of the dining room, so you can make coffee throughout the day. Everything reflects the care and attention of the thoughtful Ilaria: she bakes delicious pies, which are also available throughout the day along with fruit; on the first day of our arrival, she gave us a special card that allowed us to park our car for free in Levanto; There are heaters on the terrace where we had rich and varied breakfast, from where you can admire the panoramic views and bathe in the rays of the rising sun. It has been a long time since I felt as comfortable as I did at home. Many thanks to the hotel owner Ilaria!

Ilaria was the most accommodating host you can imagine - full introduction to all you need to know about the region and its attractions, including custom holiday planning, and free parking pass for Levanto. A delicious breakfast, all homemade. Comfortable and cleverly decorated room. A short walk from the pictoresque village of Lavaggiorosso (with a lovely local family restaurant Zita).
That our stay was so short.
