This hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and a good location. We were able to walk there from the train station -- I was afraid it would be up a steep hill, but we barely had to walk up at all. The rooms had air conditioning and small refrigerators, which we appreciated. There was no traditional "front desk" or staff onsite, but we had easy communication through WhatsApp for any issues that might arise.
This was one of the few hotels I could find near the Cinque Terre villages with two separate beds in the rooms for a reasonable price.
The location is terrific, an easy walk to the water but in a quiet area. From the train station, you can explore all the Cinque Terre villages. During the off season, Levanto is a quiet, delightful place to be.
No breakfast available- there's a cafe very nearby, but it only had pastries and coffee.

Sehr gute Lage, Zentrum und Strand kurze Wege. Marco ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber.
Keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder in geschlossenem Raum unterzustellen. Marco ließ uns die Räder im Treppenhaus abstellen aber es ist sehr umständlich. Er kann dann nicht mehr in sein Büro.

Ideal location, Marco is extremely helpful, however the room doesn’t get any sunlight.
Slightly over priced however I believe all of Levanto is.
