Ken is great and made check in easy. Underground parking was helpful. The gym and pool are a bit outdated but worked. Safe and secure building. Great location to downtown and the bike path on the beach. We would stay there again.

Nice apartment overlooking the Long Beach Arena Parking Lot, and further out the Marina and Bay. Clean and tidy, nice basic furnishings, everything in working order, good building security, near to endless selection of restaurants and a 5-min walk to the LBCC. Would return!

Just okay, the condo was spacious and we liked it had 2 bedrooms and baths. It had comfortable beds. That’s all the good. BUT, it needs a paint job, walls are peeling and dirty. Sink and shower in master bath don’t drain, needs to be unclogged. Removed the plug from bath and hair was all under it. Gross. The condo has a smell. Was reminded of it every time we walked in. Bought an air freshener but that didn’t help. We stayed for a week so it was annoying. AND no pool or hot tub available in the building. This was part of the reason for staying here. We asked Ken about it when he met us to give us the keys and he said he thought he got a notice it was closed. Sure enough, there was tape all around it with sign saying closed until further notice. We texted and messaged in VRbo asking him if it would be available or to give us partial refund. He got back to us 3 days later telling us we could walk over to the next door building and ask the front desk to let us in to their pool. The residents from that building said that pool and hot tub next door have been on and off since October. So he gave us no notice about it being closed and it is advertised in the ad for booking. So if these things are important to you, BEWARE. We would have not stayed here if these things were in reviews.
