We travelled as a family to Long Beach for a work conference of mine (family of 4 - 2 teenage boys). The house was very nicely decorated, comfortable and had plenty of space for us. The parking spot was great and getting to and from the highway was easy. The El Super grocery store 2 blocks away was great, fresh Mexican pastries daily! The walk to the main entrance of the convention center was about 20 minutes, but an easy walk.

Great location - 10 minute walk at most to the Beach, Pike Outlets and even less of a walk to the downtown section of Long Beach. Beach Towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler are available as weel.
Communication with the Host was so easy. The Host responded via text very quickly. And the checkout was really easy. One didn't have a bunch of cleaning or tasks to complete. I LOVED THAT.
Place is very nice! Full bath at end of hall of the bedrooms, meaning it is not part of one of the bedrooms but is a stand alone full bath. The place also has a half bath and parking space.

Absolutely beautiful house! In such a convenient area for anything you need. Everything is within walking distance. Came to visit family and it happened to be just blocks away. Will be booking this property again in the future.
