About this house rental
In a quiet and enchanting area between bougainvillea and Mediterranean olive trees is the sea-front house, well furnished and very close to the sea, which can be reached in a minute on foot. The house has two bedrooms, corridor, kitchen, a large bathroom and a delightful and spacious terrace overlooking the sea where you can spend pleasant hours of relaxation and where you can have lunch and dinner overlooking the bay. In the house there is air conditioning, a fan oven, a LED TV, fans, hair dryer and a stainless steel gas barbecue. The strength of the house is the proximity to the sea.

My family of 6 just returned from our stay at this little gem on Ponza. The home is clean, comfortable, quiet and has a well-equipped kitchen and free wiifi (spotty at times, but I think this is true anywhere on the island).
Located in the Cala Feola area of the island, it is a short walk to a wonderful small beach and good restaurants (La Marina, Il Pescatori). We enjoyed the short hike (Ponza is hilly) every morning to the most beautiful cafe (at the Oasi hotel) overlooking the beach. Although Cala Feola is quite a distance from the port where the ferry arrives, it is easily reached by a local bus (1.50 ) or taxi (30 E).
Perhaps the best thing about this home is the kindness and warmth of the owners Elena and Genaro. (They live on the property next door during the summer). They let us borrow their scooter to buy groceries on the first day, phoned to make dinner reservations and made us a large bowl of homemade pasta. Thank you Elena and Genaro!
Ponza itself is a gem of an island. Stunning vistas, clean ocean waters. Off the foreign tourist radar, it's a great place to practice your Italian.

My husband and I frequently travel to Ponza, and thought this would be a great place to vacation with our friends. We were not disappointed. This home is the very definition of peace and tranquility. The view is spectacular - we spent many evenings just lounging on the terrace and enjoying the magnificent view.
The indoor accommodations were very well maintained, clean, and comes with free WiFi. The owners are wonderful as well. They are very helpful in suggesting good restaurants and even helping with boat rentals. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We travel lots, especially in Italy, and this was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in! We arrived late at night and were greeted very warmly by the beautiful owners - they showed us around and then proceeded to book a table for us at the gorgeous little restaurant less than 100 metres away, and right on the water! We were traveling with our 2 children - 2 years and 13 years. The home is perfect for children. 2 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. A large bathroom and the perfect kitchen overlooking the large terrace and water. The house was spotless and extremely well kept - it is well stocked with everything you could ever need on holiday. A real home away from home. The location is perfect, with a sandy beach, 2 great restaurants, a cafe and grocery store all a short stroll away. I highly recommend this beautiful little house and will definitely be back!
