The property is beautifully located, with a stunning view of the bay and island. The property has a surprisingly large and most enchanting garden at the back and a beautiful terrace along the front.
The property is homely and very comfortable, the only serious setback is that the bedroom has no air-conditioner. The bed room being located right under the roof on a mezzanine floor, heats up during the day and as a consequence becomes an oven by even time. Having no window outlets or air conditioner, the space becomes un livable as the provided fan can do no more than circulate hot air. A cooler would most probably not suffice owing to the humid nature of the island air. One would need an air conditioning system. We slept on the futon in the living room, located on the ground floor, to remedy the problem.
