About this house rental
The villa :
100 m from the beach, nestled at the bottom of a pretty garden, we offer our house of 140 sqm completely renovated.
On the ground floor is an entrance, a large living space of 50 m² with lounge, dining room and open kitchen well equipped, a separate toilet, a master suite with bathroom and access to the garden. The whole gives on one side on the garden and the other on a south-facing terrace protected from the wind for appetizers and BBQ lunches.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with a bed of 90, a bedroom with a bed of 140, a dressing room and a bathroom with toilet. The house is very bright.
Short express tour of the owners:
We transformed the former stables of the neighboring Anglo-Norman villa into a bright, welcoming and easy-going cocoon. Glotte trotters indefatigable, our objects from elsewhere or found have found their place in a very comfortable atmosphere: everything is there for you to feel right at home.
This is our family home and we expect you to take care of it as yours.
Entry into the premises is from 16h and departure before 11h.
For the comfort of all, the house is non-smoking. Pets are not accepted.
No parties or parties - courtesy and good-neighborly rules!
Houlgate:
Houlgate is a small seaside resort nestled in a valley and bordered by a long beach. The atmosphere is peaceful and family.
Our house is ideally located near the center (market hall, rue des Bains, bakery, restaurants), with the beach at the end of the street: everything is done on foot!
Houlgate Station is 350 m from the house. The Deauville dessert line in 20 min.
The green bus line goes to 500 m and also takes you to the station of Deauville-Trouville or Caen.
Here we live at the rhythm of the tides, we take advantage of the sea and its changing shores, we stroll in the quiet streets lined with magnificent Anglo-Norman villas, big and small seek fossils in the clay of the Black Cows. Heart for the magic of light in the heart of winter and the deserted beach!
Do not miss the guided tours offered by the Tourist Office to discover the architecture of the resort and its illustrious vacationers.
Also worth seeing in the area: Pegasus Bridge, Caen Memorial, D-Day Beaches, Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, the Cider Route.
The rate includes:
- The charges (water, electricity, heating in season, wifi)
- Linens (sheets, bath towels and towels, bath mats, tea towels) and beds ready for your arrival. Beach towels are not provided.
- End of stay cleaning
- Some products to help you on arrival (sugar, salt, oil & vinegar, tea ...)

La maison était parfaite pour nous (2 grand-parents et 3 petits enfants entre 8 et 11 ans). idéalement située entre la plage et le marché, bien équipée, avec beaucoup de livres et de jeux pour les enfants. de plus agréable et très calme. Malgré deux semaines de pluie nous avons passé de super vacances.

Très belle villa très agréable, nous y avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille. Situation exceptionnelle, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Accueil très agréable. Jolie maison très bien équipée dans laquelle on se sent "comme à la maison". L'emplacement proche de la plage et des commerces est idéal. A refaire à une saison différente!

Maison très agréable, favorisant la convivialité, bien équipée Et joliment décorée.
Mais Un réel problème de chauffage qui semblait réglé après l’intervention du propriétaire dès le 1er jour, mais qui finalement a persisté tout au long de notre séjour ; Pas de chauffage à l’étage dans la soirée…Au rez-de-chaussée, Un chauffage au sol dans la chambre et la petite salle de bain qui ne fonctionnait que vers 18 heures et pour deux ou trois heures maximum
Je pense que cette maison est très agréable l’été !
