About this villa rental
The house is located on a hillside in the seaside resort of Houlgate. It offers a panoramic view of the sea, the bay and the coast up to the landing beaches.
You have access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot, and a quiet living location set back from the city center.
You will find family furniture which gives the house a warm atmosphere and we hope you will take the same care as us. it is completed with functional equipment.
It is an L-shaped house opening onto a large exotic wooden terrace with open sea views, and onto the wooded and flowered garden of 1500m2.
The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room and American kitchen; a bathroom and separate toilet completes the ground floor. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds.
Connected by a vestibule, the wing above the garage distributes 2 double bedrooms, one with cot and bathroom, as well as a bathroom with toilet.
The arrangement in 2 groups of separate rooms allows independence for 2 families or 2 generations.
You can park 2 cars in the enclosed garden.

Cette maison de famille et de caractère est située dans un très beau cadre de verdure avec superbe vue sur Houlgate, la côte et la mer. Elle permet d'aller à pied dans le centre-ville et à la plage, ce qui est très pratique. L'agencement des pièces permet à chacun d'avoir de la place et son autonomie, à part la situation des WC attenants à la pièce de vie. Elle est très bien équipée, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et de petites attentions nous attendaient. Avec la propriétaire, la communication a été facile, nous avons toujours eu réponses à nos questions. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et recommandons cette location!

Ganz Normandie! Wunderschönes Haus, groß genug für 2 Familien! Ausstattung exzellent, sogar die kochmesser sind scharf! Der Blick aufs Meer einmal! Können wir nur empfehlen!
Die Innenausstattung ist aber nostalgisch bis familiär veraltet…. Für uns hat das einen gewissen Flair ausgemacht, ist aber vom Luxus Komfort nicht für jeden was!

La maison est très bien placé et très bien entretenue (même si une rénovation du wc de l'etage sera la bienvenue :)), le côté cosy et l'aménagement du rdc sont très apprécié ainsi que l'équipement de la cuisine. La vue et le calme sont exceptionnel, malheureusement nous sommes tombés sur 3 jours de pluie consécutif sur une semaine avec une certaine humidité typique des immeubles en bord de mer.
Le jardin est très bien entretenu et la terrasse perfecte pour manger dehors.
Pour finir la propriétaire M.me Beriot et toujour disponible et à l'écoute des possibles soucis du locataire.
J'aimerais y retourner.

La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Les consignes sont clairs , le ménage est fait en milieu de semaine. A recommander au groupe de 8 personnes. Vous serez à votre aise.
