The location is a tad out of the way but that is part of what we liked, especially in an area that is very busy. Definitely more rustic in feel, but that’s the charm as well. Plenty of blankets and some extra pillows to stay cozy. Fire was going when we got there and easy to keep going the entire time.
Were there little things I’d upgrade if it were me? Yes, maybe some thicker towels. But nothing I would say made me advise against staying. Great value in my opinion.

Dónal is an amazing host and the house is wonderful!
If anything, the only thing I could think of is that the knives aren't really sharp. But hey, that means the stay was really really good, if that's the only thing :)
