Amazing location, the cottage was perfect, we had the luxury of the cottage but also the perks and feel of camping so it was the perfect mix, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, overall just really good vibes. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in Log Cabin C, and it was exactly as shown on the booking website. The cabin was clean, spacious, and very well equipped with all essential kitchen utensils, including plenty of plates and cutlery. All appliances—electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge—were available and in good working condition. The bathroom was neat and clean with sufficient towels provided. The bedroom setup with a double bed and a bunk bed makes it ideal for a family with kids or even a group of four adults. A standout feature was the smart TV in the living area, which is quite rare and allowed us to enjoy Netflix and Prime. There is lots of open space around the cabin for kids to play, run around, or even enjoy games like football. The on-site food truck is another highlight, offering tasty food at affordable prices, along with a small coffee hut. It operates from 5:30 PM to 8 PM. The facility also includes a lodge with dorm options and supports campervans and tents. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is also convenient, with Castletownbere just a 15-minute drive away, offering good pubs and supermarkets.

There wasn’t much to dislike about the stay. If anything, it would have been nice if the food truck had longer operating hours, as it’s a great option on-site.
