The staff were exceptionally nice, and helpful. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything was very clean.
Extension cords were provided for easy charging of devices, and there was plenty of storage space you can secure with a padlock if you wish.
There are two kitchens and a large common room, so you can take time to yourself or find someone to chat to easily, depending on your mood.

The location is very good, in a quiet area and very close by foot or train to the historic center, restaurants and bars.
Special mention to Felix at the reception who was very helpful and gave us lots of tips!
Upon arrival, we were told that after check out we could use the facilities to store our luggage.However, when we returned from our final bag drop, the password had been changed and we were escorted all the time to leave.

The hospitality of the owner was amazing - always going out of the way to help. There's ample space (no cramped dorms), generous facilities (2 kitchens, winter-garden room, tv-room). The price for all of this was VERY generous.
The facilities are a bit dated, but it's also reflected in the price.
