We were two nights, first night we noticed that the room temperature was too high (23+ C, while 5C outside).
We tried to adjust the AC but it was blocked in Eco mode.
After barely sleeping, we went to the front desk next morning and informed. They told they would fix it or change the room.
When we went back for the day the issue was not solved.
We went again and they suggested to open the window (5C outside) or try to put the AC to cool it down (again, blocked by them in Eco mode, so not cooling).
After complaining again, they told us to talk to Agoda for a compensation; Agoda is telling that they need to talk to the hotel…
Two nights barely sleeping and sweating.
Would only recommend if you are looking for a soft sauna.
