This pretty cottage was in a peaceful location accessed by a long dirt road. It was within easy reach of Aldburgh, Saxmundham & Southwold. There is a car park close by that is on the Sailors Path, we had a lovely walk, about 4 miles into Snape Maltings, where there is a lovely pub and coffee shop. The cottage had all necessary amenities and was spotlessly clean.
There is a Waitrose & Tesco in Saxmundum, but for essentials there is a Co-op 5 minutes away towards Aldburgh.
When the gate was closed, our dog could still get out of the garden, so couldn't be let out alone.

Some of the cupboards,cooker were a bit old and lighting was poor.

Loved the garden and quietness of the area. Cottage was very comfortable and well kitted out.

Location was half mile down rough track, barely suitable for a car. Limited seating in lounge, and food storage unit wasn’t too clean. Very quiet location with good walks
Overall presentation of accommodation was ‘shabby’
