Location good for access to Aldeburgh, Snape, Orford and Woodbridge. Property provided all that was necessary for our break. Bright, clean and comfortable.
Attention could be given to the television - Sky just does not work; the microwave was something of a mystery and needs instructions; USB charge point would have been helpful; the pipework to the bathroom sink needs attention.

It was too difficult to lock the front door with the key from the inside, so had to use the bolts
The bath/shower was awkward to get into and out of, little space between the shower screen and wash basin. The wash basin plug was difficult to use
Second bedroom was small and no window to look out of
Rather overlooked at the back of the property.

Location was on a working farm, so saw lots of sheep and lots of piggy houses located across the main road.
Been woken up by 3 petrol lawn mowers at 10am after our first night's stay. Could this not have been done beforehand during changeover time?

A relatively peaceful and spacious location on the outskirts of Aldeburgh. Warm and comfortable, reasonably well equipped in the kitchen, and a relaxing double bed and sofas. Really enjoyed our short stay and would have happily stayed longer.
