Location was good, just a stroll to the Waterfront . Very comfortable bed/pillows. Good shower. Friendly staff. Great breakfast in a pleasant setting. Upgraded to a suite which had a little balcony which was a very welcome bonus.
Looked a bit drab in places (shabby chic/distressed look?).

The location is ideal for anyone wanting to be near the V&A Waterfront. The breakfast is slightly above average, and while the rooms are small, they are functional and kept very clean.
Like many hotels, this one lacks enough hangers for clothes, towels, and jackets, which often leaves items lying on the floor.
However, the most nerve-racking 🤯 part was the luggage handling. Despite our bags being tagged with hotel-tags and us having the corresponding tear-off receipts, our luggage was accidentally taken by a driver for a large travel group. We were only able to locate it thanks to our own AirTags. While it was a very stressful situation, I must credit the front desk staff, as they did their best to help resolve the issue once the mistake was discovered.

It is very convenient situated and close to the waterfront.
The Friday was extremely busy and was not all the food options available with breakfast but Saturday everything was back to normal.
